Arc-Tronics has produced quality cables and harnesses for a wide range of uses. We credit our success to understanding our customer's applications and providing these process features:
Production Engineering performs a careful review of each order to assure that the specified wire, terminals and tooling are complementary.
Templates and harness boards are designed from blueprints or samples to assure production consistency.
We stock a large variety of wire, cable, terminals and connectors.
Automatic numbering of wires and a computer labeling system are used to assure that the product is marked in accordance with your specifications.
Quality inspection is present at each step in the process and performs SPC, sample and final inspections.
Our Engineering staff designs and builds black box ribbon and cable test fixtures
Product testing is a key part of this process. We routinely perform Hypot and cable scan tests.
Our main focus is service and quality to the customer. Arc-Tronics is ready to provide you with quality product on time.
