Board configuration and electrical parts are carefully reviewed on each order, a tight revision control is assigned and special CAD drawings created to promote understanding and assure product quality.
We routinely produce complex multi-layer fine-pitch and/or simple single-sided designs and handle our customer's complete production needs.
The shop environment is clean and temperature humidity controlled.
No-clean solder is the process standard with special orders cleaned to the customer's specifications.
Our process utilizes state-of-the-art equipment:
- -SMT fully automated pick and place equipment.
- High-speed chip shooters.
- -Automated multiple camera control for the utmost in accuracy and consistency.
- -Off line programing for job flexibility.
- -IR Solder reflow and convection type with onboard profile programing and an edge belt conveyor system.
- -Axial equipment that features multiple component placement without sequencing for added savings.
- -Semi-automatic small IC DIP insertion with off line programing is standard.
- -The Wave Solder machines have standard wave and turbo as well as drag capabilities for boards with large ground planes.
- -X-Y-Z point-to-point programable soldering for specialty applications.
- -Lead trim equipment is semi-automatic.
